Ok, I wasn't suggesting the PO Box for the license. I just went through opening a bank account for another non-profit group on January 2 that may be in a similar situation: regional section (without a UBI) of a larger national non-profit organization. It's not very complicated or time-consuming if the bank has options and the correct terminology is used.
I'll follow-up on the Impact HUB thing and let you know. --Ann On Jan 19, 2015 4:36 PM, "Pine W" <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi Ann, > > Actually, in Washington State, PO boxes are not permitted for use when > registering a business with the state, because legal service of process > cannot be delivered to a PO box.
