Great. I would make a distinction between those who want to register for
the event only, those who want to subscribe to this list but not become
dues-paying members, and those who want full membership. The last category
we can't easily fill yet. I would suggest asking everyone who attends the
event to, at the end of the event, (1) consider signing up for this email
list if they have not already done so via the registration sheet, and (2)
to follow as many of our social media accounts as they wish.
