* Before 4pm Pacific time, March 31:
   * Download the RECAP extension https://www.recapthelaw.org/
   * Register for PACER (credit card & tax ID required, not charged up to
   $15 worth of documents):
https://pacer.psc.uscourts.gov/pscof/regWizard.jsf
      * This will ensure that everything is working and you are ready for
     the protest AND help in the effort.
   * You can obtain suggestions for documents to download here:

* On May 1 as part of the protest:
  * Enter your team name in the RECAP extension. I suggest "TA3M Seattle"
  * Download up to $15 worth of documents before 11:59pm Pacific Time.

* On May 1 as part of the protest:
  * Send or better yet deliver to the courthouse a personal note to the
Chief
Judge of the District(s) in which you are located. To the effect of: ”Dear
Your Honor, I loved your opinion in Foo v. Bar, I’m a law student, I hope
you’ll do something about PACER.”
