Perhaps the ST Art program warrants a standalone list with every piece of
artwork (and links to stations and artists). Only a handful may be notable
on their own (e.g. Capitol Hill's *Jet Kiss, *which has been controversially
expensive

and uses deconstructed fighter jets) and thus could have their articles
linked from there.
