1. Barcamps. Because of its unconference nature where ideas are for free
and shared.

2. Linux users. Any group of them. They deal with open software right?

Basically even if its you and your  grandma engaged in any open software or
idea use, both of you have your open movement  going.

It depends on how you explain your answer.
