I did my checks on him before I told the execs about him. Based on what I know, I didn't ask for partnership, I offered help if he needs any. He hasn't replied. Attendees on behalf of PWMGH should be given T-shirts and go as observers unless he wants more than that. A second email by Oral will be fine. If he will reply.
