Mabel I am also planning we could contact the Home Econs department of an SHS in Ghana and take pics of their cooking practicals of some local dishes.The restaurants and other eateries we can arrange and that is where we can get varieties like soups etc. I have requested too that some people bring me some particular foods from some parts of the country. I think we can also promote this if we use hashtags on facebook and twitter asking people to donates pics of local foods they eat.
