Heya Oral

I third both Florence and Douglas, this is not the time to delete, but to 
improve. Perhaps there can be a Wiki Meetup where the Ghana Usergroup works on 
sorting out those articles that have been flagged that relate to Ghana. Good 
thing to do with pizza!
