There is an ongoing discussion at ANI concerning a Nigerian Wikimedian User:Wikicology. For those with no background, the case is about (but not limited to) the user
1. Faking their credentials 2. Copyright violations 3. And legal threat (which has now been retracted) I got a headache this weekend just poring over the details.
