At Barcamp Koforidua over the weekend last week, I met Mary, a lecturer at Koforidua Technical University. Mary got interested with the Wikimedia word, and has discussed with her team. WGUG has been invited to run a session at KTU.
*Good news!* Will be sending a proposal letter before end of today. In the letter, we're asked to indicate one of the days below, and explain what we plan to do that day. Probable days given us are next week, 26th (Wednesday) and 27th (Thursday) of October. We been given a max of 3 hours, but I strongly suggest we stick to a max of 1 hour 30 minutes *If **you'll** hold the session then I think we should allow you decide.* So, anyone wanna start the proposal letter and share with us? Do we have a letterhead, as in, WGUG? *I will give you the letterhead. Will open a **Google** doc for you right away* What should be the focus of the sessions? Wikipedia? Wikidata? Wikimedia Commons? or any other sister project site?
