Next week we can start talks on who gets to go as our delegate.

There should be a discussion of who should go? What if who we pick to go
isn't accepted to attend? Isn't the thing open to apply then whoever is
picked go?

If that's how it is supposed to be done, then the previous years, whoever
represented Ghana, did he/she follow that process?

I don't remember that being the case. Unless I'm mistaken. Please enlighten
me.
