To follow up on Asaf's email, as part of putting structures in place and changing how the user group operates. We decided to hold this annual general meeting, which is a meeting for all members of Wikimedia Ghana User Group to discuss the way forward for the user group for the coming year.
Also, this meeting would seek to discuss anything the user group has done the previous year and moving on what it seeks to do in the coming year. We would discuss the progress we have made with the bye-laws and any other matters affecting the user group. Moving on I believe the Annual General Meeting would be a core activity of the Wikimedia Ghana User Group. Regards, Justice.
