Dear Wikimedians, I am happy to share with you the Draft Policy for Open Access to Department of Biotechnology (DBT) and the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Govt. of India funded research http://dbtindia.nic.in/docs/DBT-DST_Open_Access_Policy.pdf CIS has contributed to this draft, which is up for comments until July 25, 2014.
