Dear Wikimedia Community, As many of you know, a deep discussion has been happening on Meta over the past few weeks about the design of the new Funds Dissemination Committee. For those of you who haven't followed along in great detail, we've created a short summary of the goals of the work and the recommendation that is emerging.
