Thanks for this information, but I'm having trouble with one of the details.
https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Minutes/2012-12-01 says that Samuel Klein
was "missing" from the meeting. But
https://wikimediafoundation.org/wiki/Vote:Minutes_approval_December_1,_2012
says that Samuel voted to approve the minutes from the meeting. How could
Samuel vote to approve the minutes if he wasn't at the meeting? Even if the
minutes were approved at a separate meeting or by email, Samuel would have no
first-hand knowledge of what occurred at the December 1 meeting. Is there a
typo on one of these pages or did something else happen to cause this situation?
