Hi Dimi, the people at Brel are quite flexible, so I guess you could book the hostel beds for those that want to stay there (in one/a few rooms) if enough in advance. Probably you could arrange that people pay themselves. I stayed there a few times now, and they are decent but not awesome (it's a hostel). In the region there are not many cheap places (yay european civil servants!). Their meeting facilities seemed at the time indeed the easiest too - but perhaps you find something better.
