I don't know exactly the selection of this definition, but I suppose
that it has been due to the "choice" to don't be project manager because
any project has its own project manager.
He is project manager in some cases but for other projects is mainly a
supervisor.
About the projects I would say that WM CH is focusing the efforts mainly
in "scientific" projects. "Scientific" means not only "science" but is
connected with the approach had in the projects (also a project in the
literature may be "scientific").
I think that his effort is mainly focused to give to the projects a
"scientific" approach in order to give to the projects more quality.
