Being pedantic: that doesn't mean that all wordpress.com hosted blogs through different domains (eg: blog.wikimedia.org can point to a wordpress.com IP, which the blog really lives) are blocked. I can't think of one off the top of my head that is in that category (they don't usually advertise that they're wordpress.com-hosted) to test/suggest.
