Hi Nathan, Re Q1 our legal advice was to set up a separate company in case anyone came after QRcodes in some litigious fashion. This keeps it at arms length.
Q2 I am the only person associated with it at the moment - the AGM was a rather solitary affair - but we need to add another director not least in case I go under a bus. Q3. There will be an agreement, it is being drafted. Come into the office for a coffee and we could chat about it in more detail.
