What a bad joke... What does the community have to do with the founder's seat (10% of the board)? And the members chosen by the board itself (40%) have time and again shown that, despite their good faith and best efforts, their understanding of the inner workings of the community is scarce at best. I reckon (without any proof though) that this distribution of seats is at least in part responsible for the alienation between the Foundation and the community in 2009-2012.
