Hi Yves, I've been meaning to reply as well but had forgotten. So you know: the Wikimedia Foundation tries to publish all our public, general decks on the WMF site, so that other people can use them or pieces of them, as they see fit. Not everything is there, but there should be lots of material you may find helpful.
I don't have a link (on my phone) but perhaps if Tilman or somebody else who know where they're kept sees this note, they can send it to the list. If not, I'll do it later.
