I've been observing task clearance from WP:BACKLOG ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:BACKLOG ) for eight years. By far the most effective change possible would be restoring Category:Wikipedia_articles_with_possible_conflicts_of_interest there and at the Community Portal. Why was that category removed?
