Hello Carlos, Thanks by all information regarding the new Affcom's decisions for an user group renewal.
Only to clarify, my question was based on the Wikimedia User Group Agreement where is specified that an User Group and its agents must submit a written activity report in English to the community each year. More specifically, on the item 3.Your Obligations. "You and your User Group must: d.submit, as instructed by WMF, an annual written activity report in English to the Wikimedia community and WMF;" This obligation changed too? My point is not to cause any trouble, I'm asking it here only because we, the members and people that endorsed the Wikimedia Community User Group Brasil did not receive any information regarding the renewal application or any report was published on pt.wikipedia or br.wikimedia.org.
