​Right. So can't we fix this? Lila is part of the movement too, and
everyone is clearly in a lot of pain here.

What can be done to help? Can an outside broker be brought in to hold a
meeting with staff and Lila and find solutions?​

​Perhaps the Board could organize something like this.
