Hi all, We are happy to announce that the new board of Wikimedia Bangladesh has been formed after our last AGM on January 27th and all 9 members from the last term were re-elected. According to our Bylaws, the members to the board will be elected by the regular members at our Annual General Meeting and after the board election, the new board members will elect the Office Bearers by discussing among themselves.
Yesterday, on March 13th, all 9 members of the board unanimously agreed that Shabab Mustafa will lead the society as its president. Tanweer Morshed will be treasurer and I will be serving as the general secretary. Here, Shabab Mustafa will replace Ali Haider Khan, president of the last term.
