Have I missed something, or this discussion is nowhere to be seen at any of the Village Pumps of the Portuguese Wikipedia? Also, is there any point in discussing this onwiki, as it was in Commons by part of the community, if apparently there is not any following by the people in charge of this process?
Why is this being planned to be presented before the BoT, without any meaningful discussion of such a dramatic change at the projects where it will have its impact?
