I'm very happy to announce that the Affiliations Committee has recognized [1] Wikimedia Community of Kazakh language User Group [2] as a Wikimedia User Group. The group aims to increase the collaboration between the members and other organizations outside of Wikimedia who are interested in sharing the knowledge, to create meetups, contests and other activities related to the Kazakh language.
