Hello Samir, I want to make an enquiry on behalf of Open Foundation West Africa. We will be glad to host a Wikipedia birthday event at our end but what we want to be sure is that we have a SAPG grant do we still have to apply for the rapid grant or we should spend from our miscellaneous budget.
We will be glad to know your advice on this.
