Hi, Wikimedia Norge held its general assembly on Saturday, March 6th. The meeting was all-digital, due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
This is the board for 2021-22: - Sigrun Espe (User:Sigrunespe), chair, term: 2020-2022 - Andrea Hegdahl Tiltnes (User:AndreaHT), second chair, term: 2021-2023 - Tore Sætre (User:Toresetre), term: 2021-2023 - Trond Trosterud (User:Trondtr). term: 2021-2023 - Hilde Blix (User:Hildeblix), term: 2020–2022 - Fredrik Ljone, term 2021-2023 - Stian Amadeus Antonsen, deputy board member, term: 2021-2022 All board members, except deputies, are normally elected for a two-year term. Sigrun Espe and Hilde Blix were therefore not up for election this year. We have expanded the board with one member, and have recruited two persons who are new to our organisation, Fredrik Ljone and Stian Antonsen. Three board members wished to continue on, and were re-elected. We hope this will both ensure continuity in our organisation and give us some new impulses and experiences. A big thanks to all the volunteers who take on responsibilities and drive the organisation forward, and to our amazing staff at Wikimedia Norge. I am excited to be starting my second year as chair of the board of Wikimedia Norway, and hope to keep on learning and expanding my knowledge of the world of Wikimedia, both in Norway and internationally.
