Thank you Natacha for your answer. You're right.
Non-hegemonic languages are the ones that are not associated with a
country or people that imposes itself on other cultures or claims any
kind of control over the rest of the world. So that would be most
existing languages. I used the word non-hegemonic to imply that those
who are interested in language diversity online would probably find
useful people and information at this conference.
