However, I see a balance of two women and two men.
I believe it’s essential to allow communities to freely express their
opinions on these matters, as no result will satisfy everyone’s
expectations regarding diversity. Ultimately, it’s best to empower the
communities to decide on their own preferences and to look at the
outcome with a perspective of seeing the glass half full or half empty,
depending on one’s viewpoint.
