This is a necessary commitment to privacy for something like a hiring process. It's also a reasonable _option_ for candidates to exercise when they're excluded from a Board position. But if candidates agree that such a summary, alongside their response, can be shared publicly, in the interest of honest dialogue, transparency and accountability, it should be done.
