I would like to extend my warmest congratulations on the appointment of
Bernadette Meehan as the new CEO of the Wikimedia Foundation. This is wonderful
news for our global movement. I look forward to welcoming her and to seeing the
positive direction and renewed energy she will bring when she officially joins
