This report marks the end of the third year of our Strategy cycle (https://w.wiki/5upR), and next year we'll start a new cycle (https://w.wiki/GbhG), sustaining our collaborative practices in favor of free knowledge, articulating strategic alliances in defense of digital public goods and promoting the Wiki methodology on the internet in Portuguese.
