Hi, Chris. I am not aware of any special steps taken, because email allows us very little beyond guesswork and stylometry to assess whether two senders are secretly the same person or not. If you (or anyone else) would like to share your suspicions about any particular case of such abuse, you are welcome to email the list-admins privately at [email protected]
