My name is Aafi, and I currently chair the Deoband Community Wikimedia's Executive Board. I have been contributing to Wikimedia projects since March 2019, and hold advanced hats across several Wiki projects.
We are all enthusiastic about the 25 years of Wikipedia. However, at the DCW, we are doing this a bit differently. We are organising a one-day conference engaging our community members, academics, and researchers on several critical and impactful questions related to the wiki and our broader movement.
Although the conference is planned to take place in/around New Delhi, we are also open to remote presentations. Please find more details and the call for abstracts here. Consider submitting your ab

We are also trying to reach out to the WikiJournal of Humanities to discuss about publication of the conference proceedings afterwards.
