Hello everyone,

We are delighted to share a landmark year for the Wikimedia Community User
Group Türkiye. In 2025, we proudly hosted the Wikimedia Hackathon
<https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Hackathon_2025>  in İstanbul;
organized Wiki Loves Folklore
<https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Folklore> and Wiki
Loves Monuments
<https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2025_in_Turkey>
for the first time; enthusiastically documented sports and cultural events;
and initiated local documentation trips across several historic cities.
Alongside these achievements, we continued to expand our online and
in-person educational programs in multiple cities, held regular online
meetups, and supported wiki student clubs.

Please find our Annual Report of the group
<https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wikimedia_Community_User_Group_Turkey/Reports/2025>.
We hope you enjoy reading about this exciting and impactful year.

Best regards,

User:Basak
