I note that when searching WorldCat <https://search.worldcat.org/> &
looking at items that have ebooks (requires registration), that there are
often links to works in HathiTrust. I use many of these URLs in {{cite
book}} templates, although today I learned that:
Volumes published outside the U.S. between 1901-1930 are only made
available when someone is attempting to access them from a U.S. IP address.
