Hey all -

I'm currently UC Berkeley's Wikipedian in Residence.

It took a while to straighten out the technical details of my ability
to reserve rooms, set up internet for non-affiliates, and so forth.
However, it seems like we've finally gotten everything straightened
out.  For at least the next few months, if anyone would like to
co-organize a Wikipedia related event open to and of interest to our
campus community with me, I should be able to secure rooms of pretty
much any size, as well as internet access for participants.

I know we've had some problems securing venues in the east bay in the
past, and hopefully this will be of help.  (We'll also be having some
editathons on campus open to the general community that we'll announce
in the near future :))
