Hey Amanda, this sounds interesting! If it happens to work out with my schedule, I'll try to join - assuming we can organize it in a reasonably safe way.
The schedule is unfortunately not very generous towards the US westcoast, but Friday is the one day where we have a good amount of content in friendly hours. Were you thinking of doing watch parties maybe (could we set up three spaces with a big screen?) for those hours? That may be the closest we can get to a true Wikimania experience. I'd be happy to help out with some logistics (although I don't have the bandwidth to pull it myself - so I'm very excited to see you take initiative!).
