I just wanted to tell  you that I really enjoyed the meeting. Felt like I
was with friends the whole time, and plan to stay involved for the
foreseeable future.

I usually try to put notice on the list 2 weeks ahead of time, because
it tends to take about that long before details of an event are
relatively firmed up.  But perhaps we should try for more longer-term
planning- would that help more people to be able to attend?

I think Marc is also going to look into our inclusion on some google
calendars of related events.
