That map's the work of the Freo council I'm afraid, although it was produced by a design company at the request of the BID group (a business advocacy group in Freo). So no, I don't think it's okay for Commons; that's why I uploaded it to the Internet Archive. Not only that, but it's missing the railway line! hehe

We do have another map in the works, but there was some more work to do on it. It's the one that has been published in the Fremantle Society newsletter:
