Isso é uma chamada por candidatos. Não precisas ter afiliação a um chapter
para te candidatar (apesar que ter um chapter que te suporte seria um
"plus" - como eles dizem).

O posto é de Board da WMF, não de um chapter, então o facto de não haver
chapter no Brasil não muda nada nesse caso.

O que muda pelo Brasil não ter chapter é que por isso ele não participa do
processo de seleção dessas pessoas. Somente os chapters podem votar nos
candidatos.
