just fyi, there seems to be a problem with an unclickable flash dialog in ubuntu, unity 3d, see here for comments: http://ubuntuforums.org/archive/index.php/t-978212.html
adobe has a website where one can set things as well: http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager06.html where one can e.g. set settings to not ask which then will prevent help the pop up of the dialogue. rupert.
