Thanks to Robin for the details.

I'm sorry and I agree with him that my mentioned points for Wikimedia CH are
not (now?) that important than I wrote in my first posting.

I had in my mind the lessons from school when we were discussing this point and
forgot, that the big change is only for associations bigger than the
requirements mentioned in Art. 69b I. According to our tutor I had in my mind
that the "eingeschränkte Revision" (I don't know the term in en) is also
foreseen for normal associations but not only for companies.
But I agree with Robin that the auditor must have minimum knowledge about
bookkeeping. The problem with "One can learn it rather quickly" is, that such a
person can not see any evil constructs made by the treasurer. I don't expect
such things but we have to think about it before it happens (*knocking on
wood*)...

Before we begin to nominate persons for specific jobs I propose to evaluate the
departements of the board and create "job profiles". IMO there are:
- president (what is he doing beside of beeing president?)
- treasurer (as discussed)
- secretary
- public affairs (therefore it would be great to have Nando in the board)
- technics (?)
- project coordination (?)
- ...

any other departements in sight?
