The grant is primarily requested on Indian rupees. If paid in dollars, a
tolerance was considered to incorporate possible fluctuations in forex
exchange rates.

Having said that, each paisa spent will be audited and provided with bills.
As and when possible, money is saved to accommodate more of such activities.
Like we drove to and back from Chennai ( only petrol costs) ( carrying some
other Wikipedians ) and stayed at relatives/ frnds houses ( no cost for
accom & food).
