hi, In 2009, being the International Year of Astronomy, I began adding a list of Indian Observatories and luminaries into Wikipedia. The time required for such an effort was too long and frankly, I was overwhelmed with information on Indian observatories. On the other hand, I did not have any blue print article whose standard I could espouse to achieve and later better.
In 2011, I am still struggling with the same. I have on my hands too much technical and scientific information whose requirement in an encyclopedic article I can not ascertain. I have very little background article, pictures etc. to go on. Any help on this count would be greatful. warm regards, Pradeep
