Hi Ashwin, Glad that the right name Wikiconference, India was chosen.
Wikimania is a global name. So, it is best left untouched to avoid confusion. Names like Mela, Utsav don't recognise the non-sanskrit based multi linguistic nature of India. So better to name all Wikimedia Indian events, tracks in English alone.
