Thank you for an intimate analysis on en:WP. Imho this may kindly be posted
as an op-ed piece in WikiPatrika.

We have no idea exactly how many Indian editors are there on English
Wikipedia. Is there any way that the WMF can analyse edits based on ip
addresses to give us some kind of an estimation?

Warm regards,

Ashwin Baindur
