We will need to go over the specifics of arrangements in detail. The registration team will not be able to handle 700 registrations in forty five minutes, assuming people turn up at 0730 hours. We need to make provision so that registration does not become a barrier to Jimbo's speech which most people will certainly miss if it is compulsory to get past the main door.
